About us

In 1997 we founded our subsidiary company in Slovakia. This "Twin Operation" was the first step towards meeting the needs of the European Markets.By utilizing cheaper labor costs in Slovakia, we could better meet the customer's price requirements in the European market. During this period, the business was controlled from Germany and the Slovakian Company was responsible for the production.

Our second step was to shift the production control responsibilities from Germany to Slovakia.The business structure of the Slovakian company changed from being a Subcontracting Company to a Manufacturing Center.

The Manufacturing Center is responsible not only for production, but also for production planning, purchasing of components and direct deliveries of finished goods. In this way, we could increase our flexibility (especially by reducing lead time and, simple logistics) in order for us to provide a better service to our customers.
